The engineers were capable. The work was moving. What broke down was organizational: how work got prioritized, how decisions got made, and how leadership stayed connected to what was actually happening on the ground. By the time those problems were obvious, the cost was already significant.
That pattern recognition didn't start in a boardroom. I've spent most of my life learning to read what's happening beneath what people say and do. When I got into agile work, I found an industry measuring ceremonies, activity, and metrics while often missing the human and organizational dynamics underneath.
Clearline is the platform I built to make delivery constraints visible, nameable, and actionable. It reads the patterns, gives them precise language, and connects them to leadership actions grounded in the signals already living in your delivery systems.
